Kohler Energy is committed to compliance with all laws and regulations in the countries where we operate. This Code is the foundation of our commitment to ethical business practices. It sets out the standards for how we interact with each other and engage in business activities globally. Additionally, the Code summarizes the guidance and expectations set out in each of our Global Core Policies.

The Code applies to Kohler Energy (the Company), subsidiaries, associates, those who work for or represent Kohler Energy, and members of the Board of Directors when acting in their capacity for Kohler Energy.

Violation of this Code and Company policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
